 Construction was completed in November 2008 on this modern contemporary office building. Located on Alex Moxo Blvd. in Homestead this two story building is a total of 30,000 s.f. with an 8,790 s.f. first floor parking garage. The site is accessed via two entrances. The main entry is off Alex Muxo Blvd. and the rear entry connects with contender Boat Road.

Permitted through Dade County, this high security building was developed for use by the DEA.

Construction was completed in October 2004 on this 8,700 s.f. office building developed for social security. This is a two acre site and is accessed from the front of the building. This building sustained no damage as Hurricane Katrina passed through in August of 2005. This is another design-build project with Meridian Construction and Development.
